Return Eligibility Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. However, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been received.
Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange or return. To process your claim, an opening video of the package is required as proof. Without this video, we will be unable to accept any exchange or return requests.
Size-Related Issues Please note, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for size-related issues. We kindly ask our customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
